Returns & Exchanges Policy

If your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once we confirm the manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
